Morrow glasses offer a wide range of prescription options, from -6 to +4D with an addition up to 2.75D, and we also provide typical astigmatism correction. However, depending on the chosen frame, there may be some limitations, so it's best to consult with your eye care professional for advice.

Cleaning

Cleaning your Morrow glasses is easy and straightforward, just like cleaning regular glasses. Simply use a microfiber cloth and a mild cleaning solution to wipe away any dirt or smudges. Be sure to avoid applying pressure to the lens or using any harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaning, as this can damage the lens and coatings. By following these simple tips, you can keep your glasses looking like new for years to come.

Repairs

Accidents happen, and we're here to help. If your glasses get damaged - like if you sit on them - don't worry. Morrow provides a basic kit to opticians for simple frame repairs, and we can replace the frame within 2 days and lenses within 14 days if necessary. Just reach out to us, and we'll take care of the rest.

Waterproof

Our glasses are also waterproof, so you can take them out in the rain without any worries. You can feel confident that your glasses will continue to function even in wet conditions, making them perfect for outdoor activities or unpredictable weather.

Intermediate vision

Autofocal glasses have a wider zone for intermediate vision compared to traditional progressives, positioned slightly lower on the lens but extending to the bottom area. You can more easily view your car dashboard and work with your hands. If you frequently work with large computer screens, it's recommended to consider our computer-version as alternative.

Optical coatings

Our glasses come with the most advanced coatings available in the industry, making them scratch-resistant and anti-reflective. This means you'll have clear, uninterrupted vision without any distracting glare or scratches.

Dropping my glasses

Our glasses are designed to withstand the wear and tear of daily use. We've drop tested our electronics to ensure durability and resilience, but of course, glasses can still break under extensive use or hard impacts. If you encounter any issues, our customer support team is always here to assist you.

Exposure to heat

Morrow glasses have a maximum safe operating temperature of 50°C. To ensure that your glasses continue to function properly, it is important not to leave them in a hot car or expose them to high temperatures. Just like with regular glasses, there is a risk of damage if they are subjected to excessive heat.

Battery life

Our glasses are designed for easy and convenient charging, taking only 30 minutes to fully charge the battery. The battery life lasts up to two weeks in off mode and up to 8 hours in on mode. Even in the rare case of an empty battery, the glasses will switch to a fail-safe mode, deactivating the optical boost. However, your vision will remain clear in most situations, and once recharged, your glasses will return to their normal functionality.

Adjusting to autofocals

Our Electrified progressives have wider corridors and fewer aberrations, making it easier for eyes and brains to adapt. Typically, adaptation takes just a few days, and we guarantee easy adaptation within two weeks. Wear the glasses consistently during this time. If you experience persistent discomfort or difficulty seeing after the adjustment period, consult with your eye care professional.
